In my previous postings about YouTube Mobile , YouTube vs. TV - Google monetizing the acquisition and Information overload problems from UGC - RSS 2.0 I made a effort to describe the type of impact that User Generated Content is having on the Internet.

Today as I started reading about The Long Tail, I came across this report titled "Entertaiment Industry - The Long Tail - Aggregation and Context and Not (necessarily) Content are King" which gives a very good summary of how the entertainment industry is evolving as a result of The Long Tail.

A definite must read !
